There is, what appears to be, a new housing addition going in on 106th St. between Sheridan and Memorial. They've built two or three lakes  and a road but only one house so far. Anyone know what they're doing out there?

Is that the name of it? This land has a large Victorian house with a copper turret at the end of the road. I never see anybody working out there. It could be private property.  I can't find anyone who know's what the story out there is.
