The PGA Championship is coming to Tulsa next year. It is a wonderful thing that puts Tulsa in the national spotlight and brings enough visitors to fill every hotel room and restaurant table in town.

Tiger is winning again this week and seems unbeatable. If he keeps winning, he will be shattering all the records, including the four biggest championships in golf. This tournament in Tulsa could be for the Grand Slam of golf.

I think Tiger is becoming as big of a celebrity as we have ever had visit our town. He is becoming as big as Muhammed Ali and Elvis combined.

I can't think of another single event in all of Tulsa's history that will have as big of an economic or promotional impact as this golf tournament has the potential to be.
