Jeeeez....Get a grip Chris BUMgarner! Daddy garnered enough money from Williams stockholders to build 4 of those monsterous affluent high rises in Utica Square. Surely you knew of the sidewalk requirement before construction started. And Lou the Fisherman Reynolds, puleeeeese follow the rules. Tell your client that Utica is a high density area and that is why he is required to put in sidewalks. Don't lie to hep him out. Hell, with enough sidewalks layed down maybe there will be less need to drive a car. And Wayne Alberty, the decider at 71st and Harvard, can you keep these stupid petty issues hidden in your office like names on a petition? Is not district court your crutch?
