Centennial Park(s)

With the now-delayed completion of the Centennial park in the Pearl District area coming near the time for the 6th & Main Centennial park to be built, I was wondering..

Are they really gonna keep two parks with the same name?

Why not name the first one "Tulsa Centennial Park" and the second one "Oklahoma Centennial Park?"

Also, when is construction on the new park to begin? I still see cars where a park should be and that sucks.
