How does the Turnpike Authority decide if/where to place exits from turnpikes?  With all the development in Eastern BA and Coweta, it would be nice if there were an exit off the Muskogee Tpk at Oneta Rd or Midway Rd (that's 241st E Ave and 257th E Ave in Tulsa-speak).

Forest Ridge, Bel Lago, new additions at 91st and Midway, the planned Emerald Falls at 305th E Ave and Kenosha...

Point is, traffic on East Kenosha is getting scary because everyone drives down it like it is a freeway (55-65 MPH) not the 4 lane road it is. If, one could get onto the Muskogee Tpk at Oneta or Midway, it would be much faster. Just wondering...
