I'm a grad student in the Urban Design Studio program at OU-Tulsa. We recently posted two additional reports on the program's website that might be of interest to TulsaNow readers.

One study is an examination of the feasibility of a new downtown ballpark for the Tulsa Drillers. This project was the master's thesis of Ryan Nowlin, a local architect and May 2006 graduate of the program.

Also posted is the master's thesis project of Patrick Fox, a planner with the City of Tulsa and May 2006 graduate, which is a neighborhood plan for the Gunboat Park residential/mixed-use neighborhood located in downtown Tulsa.

Both project reports are available in PDF format on the Urban Design Studio website (http://tulsagrad.ou.edu/studio). Simply click on "current work" on the program home page.

Also available under current work is the Midtown Tulsa Redux study, which I noticed was previously announced here on TulsaNow.
