Yard Signs Everywhere

Everyone I know has noticed the increase in Yard signs selling everything from lawn services to low interest rate loans that virtually COVER every intersection and Telephone pole in Tulsa.  There are 5 times more this year for some reason.

I know they violate some city ordinace that isn't inforced.  Does anyone on this forum know what the fine is supposed to be and what ordiance it is?  I would think that our new Mayor wouldn't want Tulsa to look like Amarillo, a city covered in the ugly little eyesores, just because they don't want to buy more traditional advertizing. If it was enforced for one week only, the sings would go away.  This is an easy one.
