I know that this is an old topic, but it seems that the state of Oklahoma has finally decided to legalize tattooing (assuming that the Governor signs it). Funny how the two tattoo parlors being acquitted of their practice in Tulsa County, and the holding of a rather defiant tattoo convention in downtown Tulsa, would spark a concerted look at the reality of this issue. Thank goodness. It's about time!!!

BTW, over a year ago I was researching the best cities for tattoos. Tulsa ranked in the top 25. How messed up is that?
