I couldn't find the old thread related to the influx of lofts going up on the north side of Cherry St. so I started a new one.  

All I wanted to do was post this picture of the lofts being finished at 14th and Rockford.  The view from the corner balcony, of downtown is worth the price alone.  

From what I've heard, these three are sold!
