From KJRH

"Plans for a new shopping center along Highway 75 could be in jeopardy.

Developers of the Tulsa Hills project say the land itself presents some challenges and they need extra money from the city to help with infrastructure.

Some City Councilors think the council should approve the extra money, others disagree.

The Tulsa City Council is set to vote on the issue tomorrow.

If the money isn't approved, the developers say they'll pull out of the project."
