Tahlequah renovates old National Guard Armory.

"The Armory Municipal Center will serve as a combination of community theater, banquet rooms and city administration. The building's exterior looks like so many National Guard armories built by the Works Progress Administration in the 1930s, with its distinctive stone walls."
