I don't think this has gotten much publicity, so I'm just letting people know that there will be a question on the March 7 ballot:

“SHALL THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF TULSA BE AMENDED TO PROVIDE THE REQUIREMENT OF AN AFFIRMATIVE VOTE OF THREEFOURTHS (3/4) OF THE ENTIRE MEMBERSHIP OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO EFFECT A CHANGE OF ZONING IN THE EVENT A SUFFICIENT PROTEST IS FILED?”

(Sounds like one the neighborhoods would support.)
