Lafortune added money to build two new AA hangars at TIA into the 3rd penny as a late addition. The justification is that the existing hangars are not wide enough to service newer (and soon to come) aircraft. Having larger hangars would make our site more useful now and in the future.

The "part 2" to this story is that the oklahoma senate finance committee just passed on a bill to make the state pay for these hangars. It has a good chance of passing. I think it would be nice if the state actually helped Tulsa out on something and also be nice for the citizens of Tulsa not spend more sales tax money on american airlines.
