New residential development going in on near Lacy Park on Virgin between Peoria and Cincinnati.

Excert from Tulsa World

"A groundbreaking ceremony is being held Friday for the largest north Tulsa residential development in decades.

The subdivision, Ogans Circle, will include 20 homes averaging of 2,000 square feet each. When completed, they will sell in a range of $140,000 to $200,000.

The development is named after Esther Ogans, a founding member of the Lacy Park Task Force and a longtime neighborhood advocate."
