I love how city official, Metro Chamber, and others with power keep on saying for example "Darryl Gosnell, senior vice president of economic development at the Tulsa Metro Chamber, says he wants to create a buzz nationwide about the city." And they keep on trying to do this the good old boy way. For years they keep on repeating themselves. Should we not be trying new tactics?
