Does anyone know why they dug up a section of the parking lot at the Chris Nickel's Used cars at 11th and Lewis and then just left??  It has been piles of concrete and dirt for weeks now.  I was originally worried about their lots being vacant for an extendended period of time (which looks like that's what's happening), but this looks horrible.  I wish someone would bring back 11th street west of Lewis to glory.  There are still quite a few unique buildings.
