I was driving buy keystone yesterday and it looked like the water tower at Keystone had failed. There was a massive geyser of water coming from where the tank meets the support post. We were several miles away on the highway and it was plainly visibile. Does anyone know if this was some sort of maintenance or did it spring a leak? I've seen nothing on the news about it...
