This may be in the wrong area, please relocate if necessary.
Is anyone here old enough to remember a business named The Colonial Furniture Company located on South Harvard, south of 17th street? My father worked there for many years, until they closed about 1967 or so. There is or was a True Value Hardware in the same building now.
My 80 year old mother, who is terminally ill with cancer, would love to see any old photos of the store. I am trying to locate family members of the owner, Mr. J.C. Jones. An Obit or any info that could start me in the right direction would be helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I no longer live in Tulsa and have very little connection there. I have posted this on Batesline and TulsaTVmemories as well as contacting the Tulsa Hitorical Society and The Area Chamber of Commerce. with little success
Thanks So Much
