Owasso Character Council

I don’t know about you folks, but I am so tired of the Owasso Character Council commercials. I am trying to understand the purpose of telling people how to act and what to do, not that it’s at all communistic. Another thing, I know these are public service announcements, but still it costs money to put up so many of them. Does Owasso just have tons of dollars to sit on and not know what to do with it?
