What's 40 feet tall, 336 feet wide, made up of letters weighing 80 pounds each, and just turned 50?

The PSO sign by the pedestrian bridge which got it's bulbs replace din March.

I couldn't find a picture of the sign but did find a (slightly dated) website about the kayaking area PSO is working on. On the website it says that they want someone to work on that area.
