Does anyone know what they are building at the former Homeland / Alps location at 15th and Lewis?  

I was really hoping for a couple restaurants like they have out south (Abuelos/Cheddars/Backyard Burger/Chick Fil-a, etc) or even a nice shopping center like the 81st and Memorial one - but no such luck.
