I'd like to start a dialogue on what it will take to rebuild this city.  Any thoughts?  This is a rare occassion that almost an entire city will have to be rebuilt.  Any thoughts on how to rebuild this urban environment?  Is it too simplistic to say "just rebuild it as it was"? Any predictions on the outcome?  I think the population will shrink by 25%...too many people can't wait this long without getting new jobs...many will settle in Houston, etc., they have no reason to return....The scale of the task simply boggles my mind.
