So - does anyone have the statues in regard to cars and bike lanes? Curious on when cars can use the bikes lanes to get around turning cars, make turns at lights, and so on.

nm - found it - title 37 chapter 10 section 1016 subsection B:
Every person operating a motor vehicle shall yield the right-of-way to a person operating a bicycle within a bicycle lane. A person operating a motor vehicle may cross a bicycle lane when making a turn or when entering or leaving a roadway, but a bicycle lane shall not be used as a turning lane or passing lane.

Possibly this should be make more clear on the signage as it can be interpreted as you can use the bike lane for passing stopped cars or making turns if no bike is present in the lane.
