Development, fine, but come on, why does it have to be the same crap over and over and over? If there's one think outdorsy types and cyclists like, its drive through coffee chains, burritos that give you the scoots, and beautiful oceans of asphalt. And Sherwin Williams? You can put a paint store literally anywhere, this just tells me that the area has no value to Tulsa as a nature asset. You'll find this exact same development off the expressway in Sand Springs. At least it's far enough from the Mountain that it can just be an extension of Tulsa Hills.

My point exactly. Personally, I was hoping for a 24-Hour World of Wicker but noooooo - can't have that.
