Whether it get built or not--I'd wager that it won't get built--just scratching my head, smiling with a spice of laughter.  

What we do know about the proposed Boardwalk in Bricktown/Dream Hotel project (Pre Supertail Residential), it could become one of Oklahoma City's largest tax increment financing agreements. The $736 million development would include housing, a hotel, retail space, as well as two underground parking garages. The 25-year tax increment funding proposal offers up to $200 million in property tax rebates and up to $5.5 million in sales tax rebates.
              
The city's Tax Increment District Review Committee approved the 2 million square foot development that will add at least two residential towers (300 ft each), more than 900 jobs, nearly 900 parking spaces, a lagoon, a workforce development center, possibly two hotels (250 feet each); these figures continue to change over time.

           Funding:  MAPS 4 - $1.07 billion eight year penny sales-tax collection initiative.

               Devon Park seats 12,500 for softball, LA28 Olympics may use Oklahoma City as a co-host for softball and canoe slalom.

2017 GO Bonds - $27.5 million was apart of the 4,000 seat upper deck and stadium expansion/improvements to Devon Park in 2020.

Now poised to co-host LA28 World Softball Olympic Games and canoe slalom in 1928.

Temporary venues and additional construction would be needed to host softball and canoe slalom, something LA28 has said it will avoid.

That's where Oklahoma City comes in with two settings for part of this Hollywood story.  

“Oklahoma City has hosted many international competitions at our unique, world-class whitewater and softball venues,” Oklahoma City Mayor David Holt said. “We are confident we will be an outstanding partner to LA28 in creating a dynamic environment for Olympians and fans. We are excited about the opportunity to support one of America’s great global cities, Los Angeles, and work closely with the LA28 organizing committee to ensure that the 2028 Olympic Games are a success.”
