Another new building announced - this one will be an $170M expansion of OSU Medical Center at 7th & Houston.  This building is shown in the massing below. 



This is quickly becoming quite the hotbed of construction activity.  Love to see it and will hopefully lead to more apartments, hotels and restaurants downtown.
