It looks like a ton of work is being done on the former Joe's Crab Shack.  Does anyone have any insight into what is going on there?

I work right by there. All I can find is a demo permit. They have been removing everything, including siding and HVAC. At first I thought it was going to get remodeled into something else. But I'm now thinking it be an empty lot here soon.

I don't think the bank bought it for $1.2 mil for annex parking.

Triad Bank is moving their operation there from the Triad Building. Cool barn style building.

I walked by it today and finally saw the sign. Does this mean they are moving out of the triad building? I feel like they are the only people left.
