Just found out my favorite appliance store Hahn Appliance has been bought out by my least favorite store Metro.  Now looking for someplace else to shop.

What happened to Lee Sherman?   Did he just retire??

Gentry is good, but the combination was better.

Not good IMO. I had the worst customer service experience of my life at Metro 10 years ago. Swore I would never step foot in their store again.

That is a bummer. Have only purchased one appliance there in my life, but I was pleased with the service and selection.

I never got a good feeling walking through Metro's show room and immediately thought: "Why am I wasting time here, I should just go to Hahn".

Hahn was always a great experience in Tulsa and OKC.
