Not sure if this has been talked about on a different thread, but hearing that Bruce G Weber is moving out of Utica to make way for Prosperity Bank to take over more room.

Interesting.  Maybe they will move back to the Miss Jackson's location.  (But FWIW, I don't think either is actually part of Utica Square, at least they aren't shown on Utica Square's map or lists of shops and services.)

If a bank has to be there something more like what Arvest and SNB have done at 15th & Utica would be nice, creating more of an active corner at that intersection.

I've heard Weber is moving to Brookside.  Given how the economics at Prosperity work, I wouldn't count on them doing much more than tearing out the dividing wall.

I figured but still hope to one day see Utica Square capture that corner and redevelop the lots to the south.  Utica Square currently doesn't have very attractive "corners" at Utica and Yorktown, IMO.
