New restaurant/bar concept coming this winter from the owner of IDL Ballroom, Unicorn Club and Enzo's Bar. Not sure if it's replacing ZIN or is adjacent, but looks like it's a replacement.

Good spot and a good change in my opinion. Still has a bar, but a sandwich concept could be great for the businesses/residences coming in.

If it replaces Zin...talk about an upgrade. And the TAD needs more restaurants, especially if this place will really be open until 4am on the weekends.

Sounds cool! Website pic looks cool for inspiration for the place. That would be nice to have another late-night food option there.
