Is http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/permits/ usually a bit behind?
I'm curious what's happening at 4770 S Harvard (lot just north of McDonalds)

my search came found bupkis.
just that the parcel is owned by "MT BEDFORD LLC ATTN TERRY HANNA"   (formed Aug 2016)
