Dam dude.   Brutal.  

I think it's interesting that the places where downtown's renaissance is focused are the places that were so forlorn, so forgotten, and so far from the business core that nobody bothered to tear them down for parking.  The best thing that could happen for an urban district in Tulsa was to be forgotten from 1950-1990.

I wonder if these features are underneath the current facade and can be restored when that place finally folds.
