Updated list: Now there are ~13 breweries/taprooms planned or open within a couple miles of downtown. All in an easily bicyclable-path. In the Pearl District, there will be 6-7+.
Here is an updated list of all breweries/brewpubs existing or planned in midtown/downtown:
1. Marshall (618 S Wheeling Ave) - currently open with potential expansion at 1742 E 6th st
2. Dead Armadillo (1004 E 4th St) - currently open
2.a Dead Armadillo taproom & restaurant at Tulsa International Airport - currently open
3. Prairie Brew Pub (223 N Main St) - currently open
4. Elgin Park Brewpub (325 E Mathew B. Brady St) - currently open
5. Cabin Boys (1717 E 7th St) - Pearl District - currently open
6. Renaissance (1147 S Lewis Ave) - under construction - currently open
7. Taproom for American Solera (108 E 18 ST S) - Chase Healey who founded Prairie Artisan Ales - potentially with small-batch brewing (Existing brewery open on west 21st) - currently open
8. Heirloom Rustic Ales (2113 E. Admiral Blvd.) - Kendall-Whittier - currently open
9. Welltown Brewery (114 W Archer St) - corner of Cheyenne & Archer - to open June 22, 2018
10. Nothing's Left Brewing (1501 E. Sixth St.) - plan to open 2018 (They have redone exterior and looks like making progress inside also)
11. Willow Family Ales (418 S Peoria Ave) - at former Park in the Pearl - currently open (Opened May 2018)
12. Hanson (302 N Boston Ave) - brewery across from Prairie brewpub - last heard it was in planning with pretty far out date (2018/2019)
13. New Era: Fine Fermentations (4th and Frankfurt) - Opening Fall 2018
I ordered them by opening date (or by estimated open date) as best as I could.
Other breweries planning to open in Tulsa area: FAIK (Far As I Know), Kolibri and Broken Arrow Brewing Company at 333 W Dallas St Broken Arrow (Opening June, 2018). Also: High Gravity Homebrewing & Winemaking Supplies & Taproom (6808 S. Memorial) - currently open
Other brewpubs in Tulsa area: Bricktown Brewery (Owasso, Brookside & South Tulsa)
Excluding the Bricktown Brewery locations, that's a total of 17 places built or planned where you can buy beer straight from the source in the Tulsa area. 5 years ago there were zero.
Also related, Red Fork Distillery is going to open at 3310 Southwest Blvd and Oklahoma Distilling Co. is going to open at 1724 E. Seventh St, right across from Cabin Boys and Marshall.
Do the Bricktown locations brew onsite or is it all shipped from OKC? There's also a brewpub being built as part of the new Osage Casino in north Tulsa |

Last I asked, all Bricktown Brewery beer is shipped from OKC. They had no plans to actually brew anything there so it's hardly a "brewpub" so I didn't include it in the count of 17+ brewerys/brewpubs. |

And I guess this is probably the best place to post since there is a Tulsa connection and we now have our Federal Brewers Notice: Blü Dragonfly Brewing will be opening in Cimarron, New Mexico in July. I don't have a firm date set yet as our state licensing is still in process as well as our restaurant license. Renovations are getting close to being finished, building the walk in cooler is the last major item and plumbing in the cooling system for the fermentors.
The food style? BBQ. What else would a good Okie bring to New Mexico? The reality of how the licensing works here means we might have to open with other craft brews from around the state on tap until ours are coming out of the fermentors and phase our own in. NM law will also allow us to sell New Mexican made wines in the tap room under our brewer's license.
It's been an interesting experience and believe it or not only been about a five month process since we signed our lease which would be unheard of in a large city. We did happen to luck out on finding new and used available brewing equipment and not having to wait 4-6 months on the equipment. The village is 100% behind our project.

That is neat. Congratulations! We've been itching to make another trip to the Enchanted Circle and also go skiing as soon as trails open. Blu Dragonfly Brewery will need to be our first stop! That is an impressive turnaround regardless of location. Great that they let you sell NM wine too. I'm a big NM wine/beer fan. Not sure what it is but I tend to like NM breweries and wineries there more than most other places. |

On the Lord's day!?  That is cool they are basically diving right in from their "soft opening" party to being open normally the next day. Probably a good idea to have first general-public day on a Sunday to get used to it. |

I agree. That's just what they called it. They can call it whatever they want and if they sell out at $50/head and get to test out running their brewery, good for them. Looks awesome. Great job refurbishing an old building and boosting the character. |

Yup. I hope this brewery works out. Great rooftop. But we've gotten a lot of great new breweries and stuff like a $50/head soft open isn't going to endear you to many people. |

Exactly. Why I won't be going. I'll probably try BA Brewing sometime this week. Being in the Rose District it should be neat. I've seen the interior photos and it looks really...what's the word...eclectic maybe? |

I have been visiting out there for decades...since the 60's really...and have always liked that little building a lot for some reason. It is in a sucky location, 20 ft from the train. Is oddly shaped, and was an air conditioner place for a long, long, time, but it is very cool. Can hardly wait to see the inside. |
