Something else new in Jenks. The Village on Main looks like it’s getting a mid rise apartment building. There’s currently a pretty nice looking all brick apartment complex being built there with garages and very little parking. The buildings come all the way to the street. Now there’s a sign up for a new mid-rise building with 115 apartments right behind the huge parking garage for the First Oklahoma Bank Building. The image looks like it will have 7 or 8 floors. I think the First Oklahoma Bank building has 7 floors. The sign says it’s being developed by Oak Properties and Philcrest Properties.
