Yes, I have eaten the burnt ends at Authur Bryants.  And at LC's.  And everywhere else in KC.  The Woodyard smokes the best ones I have had up in that region.  I don't know what qualifiers you have to judge bbq but I will share mine with you.  For the last 12 years I have been a KCBS certified judge.  I have judged over 145 events. I agree that Adam does not do the best burnt ends, but his Ribs, That is another post.   Have you  been to Q39?

Ok, so am I wrong when I say I don't like Bryant's much and really dislike their sauces? I don't recall the burnt ends.
