My wife and I used to go to Tei Kei's until the service and furniture started falling apart.  We've been to Roka twice since it opened and it's a great improvement.  You wouldn't recognize the bar area.  Much more comfortable with bar seating, several table tops and more private booths.  So far we've only been in the bar (that's just how we roll) and the service has been terrific.  We're putting it back into our Happy Hour rotation.  Check it out...
