Sweet raisin danish... Medlock and Mautino defeat the recall effort in a landslide. Medlock winning the support of 59% of his district; Mautino over SEVENTY percent of his district.

Fifty-nine percent is a landslide. Seventy-one percent is a "quit wasting our time and don't let the door hit you on the way out."

If you listen reeeal close (there, can you hear it?), you can faintly make out the sound of the Tulsa World editorial board crying in their beer.
