What? What is this "learning" you speak of? We do thing differently here in Oklahoma, and even if they happen to be the same thing as another state with a demonstrable failure, ours will be successful. And unicorns and rainbows will fly out of our....

Besides, if it doesn't work we'll blame Obama. Or gays. Or Muslims, satanists, liberals, repeat as needed.
