I found this interesting.  Tulsa ranks 4th on this list.

Makes me wonder how it would fare if they take it next season and factor in losing the Shock.  Maybe the addition of the Roughnecks will offset to some extent.

1.  Quad-Cities IA-IL  Population:  383,030
2.  Toledo, Ohio  Population:  607,456
3.  Fort Wayne, IN  Population:  427,183
4.  Tulsa, OK  Population:  969,224
5.  Charleston, SC  Population:  727,689

FWIW, here is the list of the top 5 minor-league markets:

1.  Quad-Cities IA-IL  Population:  383,030
2.  Toledo, Ohio  Population:  607,456
3.  Fort Wayne, IN  Population:  427,183
4.  Tulsa, OK  Population:  969,224
5.  Charleston, SC  Population:  727,689

Tulsa should eclipse 1 million metro residents by 2017 at its current rate of growth.
