At Avery Plaza?  It's been there a week or two.

I'll have to side with Grizzle on this one.   The crane work was happening as I drove by.  Not all was assembled.

Ah, they must have dropped off the car then a week or so back.  MC and I were out riding on the trail when I noticed it.

I saw this work and wondered what was going on...looks like the long empty storefronts are getting renovated for new businesses.  A few others have opened up here in the past year.  I've long thought this strip could be the "next Cherry St" wish I could've bought some of these buildings.  http://www.newson6.com/story/28925383/developers-believe-11th-street-is-tulsas-next-hot-spot

Now the strip just needs more of the improvements that the OU Urban Design students have come up with for streetscaping and placemaking at key intersections between downtown and Yale.

Are they waiving parking requirements?  That’s killed at least one or two projects I’m aware of in the area.

Not sure or they figured out a way around it.  The building being rehabbed is on the south side of 11th outside the Pearl District zoning.
