Heading north this weekend for a trip to Pawhuska, Tallgrass Prairie Preserve.  Wanted to find a good place to eat, and had heard a snippet a while back about the Bluestem Restaurant in Pawhuska.  Something about good chicken fried steak and native american food.  Anyone have an opinion on this spot, or any other good place to grab a bite in Pawhuska?
