I really like this idea. I wish he could leave it all the time. For one year starting tonight. This mans art project will light up randomly on the top of a building Downtown. I'm going to make a point to see how his vision turns out.

Saw some video, reminded me more of billboard animation than fireflies (maybe because there were few lights, but bright).

I'd wonder about how anyone living nearby is taking it, but that area is pretty much drowning in all-night light as is, so probably moot.
