If you could take the 2 to 3 Months to drive this route. Would this list be a good guide to go by?

That is a very good route.

His 9.33 days driving time is way off,  - by at least of factor of 3 if using an RV.  2 to 3 months is not gonna be long enough, even just hitting the high spots.  If you stop at each of the points, and use that as a 'base' of operations to see a circle of things maybe 100 to 150 miles in diameter - maybe even 200 miles - well, NOW you have a major bucket list trip!!  If you had two months each summer for maybe four or five  years, then you will do some good!  Take lots of pictures.

I took a trip very close to that  western loop, starting Tulsa, on the bike one time.  6,000 miles in 9.5 days, with one day off visiting people.  There were a couple of 1,000 mile days in that.

Only have two states to go - North Dakota and Hawaii to get all 50.

Walking the Appalachia trail is on my list.  30 day increments during summers until get the whole thing done.
