Where is this tornado going?  The article says the property is currently a "part-time parking garage"
I think a part-time parking garage sounds just as interesting.  What is it when it's not a parking garage?

Its locations was shown as the corner of 2nd and Guthrie behind the BOK. The design was a feature in the Tulsa People March Edition on "Reimagining Downtown" there are also two other potential projects highlighted as well as some ongoing ones. To see full digital edition click the link. The Reimagining Downtown starts on pg 42.

Part-time high-rise skate boarding rink.

Put a waterslide that wraps around the outside and charge $10.00 per trip down. In the winter time, turn it into a bobsled run .  Grin

I like it.  It'd be a lasting international image for Tulsa.

Couldn’t we wrap the Prayer Tower at ORU in visqueen in a tapered pattern and accomplish the same effect?

I like it. Visitors, even people just passing through on the highway, would have something to remember Tulsa by.

Just not a fan of the proposed location. Put over in the Blue Domeish area somewhere....or tear down the Borden Dairy and put it there. I hate that the dairy and the jail occupy the West end of the Brady District.

A glass tower overlooking the jail and the social service epicenter.  I can see the dinner parties overlooking the downtrodden now.
