At the time the TMAPC approved this in early October, there was no specific tennent. It was a "proposed retail space."

The PUD doesn't allow any more drive thrus, so I would doubt the Chic-fill-a.

Free standing Chick-fil-a is (eventually) going in at 41st & Yale.  The Bridal/Halloween-express out-parcel will be sacrificed (along with the Chick-fil-a in the food court across the street)

Re: in front of Sprouts:  Sprouts cashier said more strip-center (as PonderInc reports).
