Near the Walmart.  Next to the Santa Fe, they are putting something in, or at least clearing the plot, and readying the utilities.

Anybody know what might be going in here?  Very near my casa.

I don't think there is any other answer that you could have given, that would make me that sad.  Not a Starbucks fan.
