He didn’t elaborate.  I mean we are all for it while Taylor is mayor then it just suddenly stalls out when a new administration is elected and we are supposed to believe that had nothing to do with it?  I suppose that also has nothing to do with why we’ve still been hosting a time capsule at our shop for almost seven years.

Could they put the time capsule in a waterproof container, then leave it in the water from the new dam.  Then, when we dynamite that new dam in a few years, we can retrieve the time capsule....
