Here is a list of players that were recruited and didn't finish at OSU.  About three a year seems like a lot.

OSU's 4 year graduation rate is 35%....  So your numbers aren't that far off.

•Transfer Out Rate: 20%
•4-Year Graduation Rate: 34%
•6-Year Graduation Rate: 62%

I doubt very highly these are the same numbers of for students with full scholarships

Which (public) college is next?   I doubt most of them beat those numbers by much.

Detrick Mostella - did not qualify, went to prep school
Jared Terrell - signed LOI, asked to be released
Joe Burton - not likely to qualify
