Nigerian rebels abduct over 200 young girls to sell off or marry because they oppose education for women.

In a related note, Janet Barresi has suggested to governor Mary Fallin that this model may work in Oklahoma to lower the cost in our system. Oklahoma legislators hard at work as we speak, to entice a private corporation to study the matter.
