So did anyone else notice that the city has now raised the price of the First Response Certificate from $15 to $35 for a residential certificate and $75 for a business certificate?  Shocked

We used to pay it until we discovered there was no real benefit to doing so.

And here I thought a "naughty-or-nice-list" was a Santa thing.
Id rather spend the alarm tax on some cheery gifts for nosy neighbors.
